Ingredients:
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Instructions:
Prepare and wash all the vegetables and other things youll be using
Put the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion in a large bowl
Add the chopped feta cheese and Kalamata olives to the salad
Spread the balsamic vinaigrette dressing on top of the salad
Gentle toss the salad to coat all the ingredients with the dressing and mix them all together
As a light and refreshing dinner, serve right away
