Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 8 strips of crispy bacon
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat to get it ready
Split the ground beef into 4 equal pieces and shape them into burger patties while the grill heats up
Add salt and pepper to both sides of each patty
Put the burger patties on a hot grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side for medium-rare
If you like your burgers more done, cook them longer
As the burgers are cooking for the last two minutes, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each one and let it melt
Before you start cooking the burgers, toast the buns on the grill until they are just barely brown
When the burgers are done the way you like them and the cheese is melted, take them off the grill
Spread ranch dressing on the bottom half of each toasted bun before putting the Crack Burger together
On each bun, put a burger patty with cheese on top, then two strips of crispy bacon
Put the other half of the bun on top of each burger
Enjoy your tasty Crack Burger while its still hot
