Simple Green Smoothie

A delicious and nutritious green smoothie packed with vitamins and antioxidants. Perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast or snack.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:

Clean the kale and spinach really well

Cut up the apple and banana

Put the banana, apple, Greek yogurt, honey, and almond milk in a blender

Then add the spinach and kale

You can make the smoothie colder by adding a few ice cubes

Mix until its creamy and smooth

Put it in a glass and serve right away
