Ingredients:
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Ice cubes optional
Instructions:
Clean the kale and spinach really well
Cut up the apple and banana
Put the banana, apple, Greek yogurt, honey, and almond milk in a blender
Then add the spinach and kale
You can make the smoothie colder by adding a few ice cubes
Mix until its creamy and smooth
Put it in a glass and serve right away
