Multi-purpose Keto Pie Crust

This versatile keto pie crust works great for both sweet and savory pies. There arent many carbs in it, and its simple to make.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 large egg

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Put almond flour, coconut flour, and salt in a bowl and mix them together

Melt the coconut oil and add it to the dry ingredients

Mix until you get a dough

Cover the bottom and sides of a pie dish with dough by pressing it into them

To keep the crust from rising, poke holes in it with a fork

For 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is just beginning to turn golden brown

Take out of the oven and let cool down before you fill them
