- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup almond milk or any other dairy-free milk
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, sugar, and salt
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract
Mix well
Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients while continuously whisking to form a smooth batter
