Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices pepper jack cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeos
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup sliced pickled jalapeos
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbsp Atomic Chile Sauce
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions:
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties
Season with salt and pepper
Place burger patties on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is achieved
During the last minute of grilling, place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each patty and allow it to melt
While burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill until lightly browned
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun
Place a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on top of the mayonnaise
Place the cooked cheeseburgers on top of the lettuce and tomato slices
Top each burger with diced jalapeos, diced red onions, and sliced pickled jalapeos
Drizzle Atomic Chile Sauce over the toppings
Close the burgers with the top half of the buns
Serve immediately and enjoy
