Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup frozen peas

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400F 200C

Place each chicken breast on a separate sheet of aluminum foil

Divide peas and carrots equally among the chicken breasts, placing them on top

Drizzle each chicken breast with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper

Squeeze lemon juice over each chicken breast

Fold aluminum foil over the chicken and vegetables, sealing tightly to create packets

Place foil packets on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through

Carefully open foil packets, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve hot

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs 680g sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup 60ml olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 4 tbsp 56g unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions:

Olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano and thyme, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl

Combine well

Make sure the cubed sirloin steak is well covered with the marinade before adding it

Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and no more than 2 hours with the lid on

Warm up the grill over medium-high heat

Put the steak cubes that have been marinated, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion on the soaked wooden skewers one after the other

The steak kabobs should be grilled for 10 to 12 minutes, turning them over every so often, until the steak is done the way you like it and the vegetables are just slightly charred

Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat while the food is on the grill

Add the fresh parsley that has been chopped and let it cook for one minute

Take the steak kabobs off the grill when theyre done and pour the garlic butter sauce over them

Serve hot with sides of your choice and lemon wedges

Do this until the dough comes together

Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll it out into a disk

The dough should be put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes after being wrapped in plastic wrap

Take a different bowl and mix together the mixed berries, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla extract

Roll out the chilled dough into a circle big enough to fit into a tart pan on a floured surface

Put the dough in the tart pan and gently press it into the sides and bottom

Cut off any dough that is hanging over the pans edges

Once the crust is ready, pour the mixed berry filling into it

For a rustic look, fold any extra dough over the edges of the filling

Beating an egg and brushing it on the crusts edges will give it a golden finish

Place the tart in an oven that has already been heated

Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling

Let the tart cool down a bit before you serve it
