Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried raspberries, crushed
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375F 190C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined
Fold in the white chocolate chips, crushed freeze-dried raspberries, and graham cracker crumbs
Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet
Bake in the preheated oven for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely
