- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning

Instructions:
Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C
Add salt and black pepper to the pork chops
Put the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl
Make sure each pork chop gets a good coating by dipping it into the beaten eggs
Put the pork chops in the breadcrumb mixture and then cover them with the Parmesan crust
Warm up the olive oil in a skillet that can go in the oven over medium-high heat
Start by adding the pork chops to the pan
Cook for two to three minutes on each side, or until they turn golden brown

Take them out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes, and then add fresh parsley on top
Put these tasty pork chops with a Parmesan crust on your favorite sides
Enjoy this quick and easy dinner during the week
