Protein Oatmeal Smoothie

A tasty and healthy way to start the day is with this Protein Oatmeal Smoothie. Its full of protein, fiber, and healthy fats, so it will make you feel full and alert. With rolled oats, almond milk, banana, and protein powder, its a great way to recover from a workout or have a filling breakfast.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes optional

Instructions:
