Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef chuck
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced pickled jalapeos
- 4 leaves iceberg lettuce
- 4 slices tomato
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crispy
- 4 large toothpicks
Instructions:
Put the ground beef and ground pork in a bowl and mix them together
Add pepper and salt
Make 4 patties of the same size out of the meat mixture
Warm up a pan or grill on the stove over medium-high heat
Grill or fry the patties in a pan for four to five minutes on each side, or until theyre done the way you like them
In the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and let it melt
Split the hamburger buns in half and toast them on the grill or in a toaster while the patties are cooking
On the bottom half of each bun, spread mayonnaise
On the top half, spread yellow mustard
Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun of each burger, then top it with a cooked patty and melted cheese
Add pickled jalapeos, diced onions, a tomato slice, and a bacon slice on top
Use a big toothpick to hold each burger together, and then serve
